How do I pay my rent?
Rent is due on the first day of the month or on the date specified in your lease. You have several payment options:

 

 

  • Pay with cash at any ACE Cash Express, Casey’s General Store, Walmart, CVS Pharmacy, or Walgreens. Contact the PRO Realty Services’ office during regular business hours to activate this option. Click here to find the locations you.

 

  • Mail a cashier’s check or money order to the office. Payments must be received in the office by 3:00 PM on the due date on your lease regardless of postmark. Sorry, we are unable to accept personal checks.

 

  • Bring a cashier’s check or money order to the office. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. An after-hours drop slot is available until 6:00 PM on weekdays. Sorry, we are unable to accept personal checks.

 

What is my balance?
Monthly statements are emailed during the 3rd week of the month. However, you can log into your 
Tenant Portal to check your balance at any time. For assistance in accessing your portal, please call our office. You will need an email address and bank account, credit card or debit card to pay online.

 

I can’t pay the amount due!
If you cannot pay the amount due in full, contact the office immediately. Payment plans are usually available.

 

Help! Something is broken! How do I put in a repair request?
If you have an emergency such as water pooling from a sewer back up or a plumbing leak, or damage from a storm or fire, call the office at 651-484-0679 and press extension 2. You will receive direction on what to do in the case of an emergency.

 

All other repair issues must be submitted in writing. Here’s why: PRO Realty Services does not own your home, so we need to have a record for the home’s owner. Please send a detailed request in one of ways listed below. We will let you know when someone is scheduled to come out. Please Note: You could be charged for repairs that are caused by tenant neglect/damage or non-essential requests.

How do I get cable, satellite, or phone jacks put in?
In order to add any of these items, we need to get approval from your home’s owner to make this type of change to the home. Please send a written statement from the installation company explaining in detail what they will have to do to install your item. There is a fee for satellite dishes to cover the cost of sealing the roof upon removal and any other necessary repairs.

 

I need a copy of my lease.
Your lease is available to view, download and print from your tenant portal. If you are unable to access your tenant portal, we will provide you with a copy upon your request. A document duplication fee may apply. In most cases, leases can be emailed to tenants at no charge.

 

Questions about CRPs (Certificates of Rent Paid)
CRPs are sent to you by U.S. Mail by January 31st every year. Be sure that we have your most current address to ensure that you get your CRP in a timely fashion. If you lose your CRP contact the office for a replacement. A document duplication fee may apply.

 

Who is responsible for lawn and snow care?
In many cases, tenants are responsible for maintaining the lawn and for removing ice and snow. Please refer to your lease.

 

How do I question a charge on my account?
To question something on your bill, send something to us in writing describing your concern. We are unable to remove most charges over the phone, but would be happy to review your letter sent in one of the following ways:
